Wesgroup Capital LP transitions from Tallinn Capital and launches January 1, 2010

We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2010 the mortgage lending of Tallinn Capital will be operated through a new entity, Wesgroup Capital LP.

Over the past 10 years, the corporate and mortgage lending sides of Tallinn Capital have grown to levels where an expanded structure was necessary to facilitate continued growth. Wesgroup Capital LP will maintain its senior leadership with Peeter Wesik, Ron Anderson and Gino Nonni.

Wesgroup Capital LP is also pleased to announce that we have additional capital to facilitate growth in the mortgage lending business.   We are currently lending on income producing assets in Western Canada with loan amounts of $500,000 - $10,000,000.

Tallinn Capital will continue its merchant banking business, providing growth and acquisition financing to mid-market companies in Western Canada.
