David Waldref
Vice President, Real Estate Banking

David has joined Wesgroup Capital as the Vice President, Real Estate Lending, and brings more than 10 years of banking experiencing in the real estate sector.
 
David was previously Senior Account Manager, Real Estate - Commercial Financial Services at RBC. He was accountable for managing banking relationships of top tier Real Estate Developers and owners, and encompasses significant experience in a variety of lending products.
 
David is a CFA and has his BBA from Simon Fraser University.

 

Dan Parmar
Chief Financial Officer

Dan has joined Wesgroup Capital LP as our newly appointed Chief Financial Officer, transitioning from Tallinn Capital where he held the position of Director of Merchant Banking since 2007.

Dan earned his CA at KPMG where he was a Manager in the Financial Advisory Services group. Prior to joining us, Dan held the position of CFO of two BC based companies where he played a key role in their growth and public listings process on the TSX and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

 

Clint Murphy
Controller and Chief Compliance Officer

Clint joined Wesgroup Capital in August 2010 from KPMG as a Senior Manager in its Enterprise Private Company Advisory Group.  His experience at KPMG included 6 years of audit experience for both financial services and real estate clients in Bermuda and Vancouver

Clint also has operational management experience with Sauder, the largest moulding and millwork manufacturer and distributor in North America. He holds a BBA from S.F.U., a Masters in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan, and is a Chartered Accountant.

 

Paul McIntyre
Senior Associate

Paul has been part of the Wesgroup Team for three years within the Real Estate Acquisitions group, and brings a wealth of experience to Wesgroup Capital LP.

Prior to joining Wesgroup, Paul provided assurance and advisory services at two international accounting firms. Paul earned his CA designation in 2007 along with the prestigious Canadian Gold Medal on the CA Uniform Final Exam – surpassing over 3,000 other exam writers nationwide. Paul also received his CFA designation in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Associate

David joined Wesgroup Capital in July 2010, after spending two years as an Analyst with Tallinn Capital.  His experience includes underwriting and monitoring a portfolio of loans and equity investments throughout various industries, including real estate.  
 
David holds a BA (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA Level 2 candidate.

Gino Nonni
President

Gino is the President of Wesgroup Capital and Wesgroup Properties and has over 25 years experience in buying, selling, leasing, developing and investing in real estate.

Prior to joining Wesgroup, he spent more than 17 years at Colliers International in Vancouver running its Investment Division for Western Canada. Gino’s extensive experience in real estate provides Wesgroup Capital a unique investment perspective in terms of loan origination, evaluation and servicing.

 

Peeter Wesik

Peeter has more than 30 years experience owning and running successful businesses, including Wesgroup Properties, Parklane Ventures and 3PLogix Group.

Peeter has a B.A. and a B. Law from UBC and is a Director of the Urban Development Institute in B.C., a trustee of St. George's School Foundation, a member of the United Way 2008 Lower Mainland cabinet, and a Director of Seon Design Ltd. and Pronghorn Controls Ltd.
